RadicalX is a metaverse platform that aims to reimagine upskilling with financial rewards and AI. It is designed to be an immersive digital world for next-gen developers, where they can learn new skills, work on projects, and earn money by competing in sponsored coding contests. The RadicalX platform is powered by an AI Manager, which provides personalized guidance and feedback to help developers improve their skills. Developers can also collaborate with other developers from around the world in teams to work on projects. I work closely with the UX Research team and Marketing team to understand the needs of the users and create designs that are easy to use and understand. I am also responsible for testing the designs with users to ensure that they are effective. I am excited to be a part of the RadicalX team and to help build a platform that will revolutionize the way people learn and earn money in the tech industry.
